At Mosko Moto, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are in new, unused condition with original tags, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are free of dust, hair, or debris.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
